British frigate in Cork City

Saw this big diddy in Cork before it was on the radio that two more frigates are visiting Waterford (I think), great sign of peace, took it from a bridge whilst car was stopped, not great quality was taken with a Nokia 6230i, its British, ten points if you guess how I figured that out.
