When I'm talking about the best at screwing around what I'm really saying is the best group of dipshits who end up getting killed doing something incredibly ballsy and stupid.
Well a lot of Irish people fit in this category they neither don't have the time or money to do while a community of youngish people in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia do, here is a montage of Saudi's dicking around backed by an Offspring song.
Now no offense is meant here to 99.9% of all Saudis, but these small group of people are usually kids of some oil dealers, that hit it big when the land they used to have their goats graze happened to be a lake of oil, they're not worried about money so why should their kids have to be?
So when you don't have a job, don't have to go to college your basically retiring at the age of 18 and living out the rest of your life, you have enough money at your expense to just screw around!
