if Americans protested like Iranians

I'm not encouraging violence but I have to admit I respect what the people in Iran are protesting against, I don't know if Mousavi in saying that the election is fraud but the people are convinced, and there is no way they will let a coup take place in their government.
Imagine if Americans protested like that.
For instance the 2000 US Presidential Elections which saw Al Gore get 51,003,926 in the popular vote and George W. Bush get 50,460,110, we all know who became president and led the United States into a brutal war in Iraq which made most of their allies and the world hate him.
And what did the American do when this big injustice was made in 2000, apart from egg his limo on that rainy day of his inauguration while holding signs saying things like 'a sad day'.
Yet Bush still got two terms and made the world hate America with his wars and economic policy, what if Americans had been like Iranians after the fraud that was the 2000 election, maybe the last eight years

This has been said numerous times over the last nine years, but popular votes are not what settle U.S. elections, it's the vote count in the Electoral College that decides the outcome of elections.
